How to Create the Ultimate Self Care Routines and Optimize your Mental Health Goals when your Job is Stressful. 

If you can say my job is stressful and I need self care routines then believe me when I say that I have been there and there is a solution for your mental health goals without years and years of therapy.

Though I’m a therapist now, I didn’t always have the therapy tools I needed and I see others who have the same problem.
